Anthony graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, with honours in Philosophy and Communication Studies. With a desire to travel the world and a passion for law, alongside touring Europe, Anthony attended Law School in Nottingham, England earning his Bachelor of Laws in 2009 and further being awarded a distinction in legal professional practice. During his legal training, Anthony was recruited to play competitive ice hockey for Nottingham University with teammates joining him from all over the world. Anthony was eventually presented with captaincy, leading his team through one of the largest university varsity hockey games in the country.
After law school, Anthony relocated to London, England where he practiced in the area of civil litigation while being accredited to return to Ontario, Canada to complete his articling at Brattys LLP, a real estate and development law firm in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. Shortly thereafter Anthony joined RZCD Law Firm LLP as an associate where he refined his skills in the legal practice areas of Real Estate and Development Law, Business Law and Wills and Estates.
In 2014 Anthony launched D’Aversa Law Professional Corporation where he presently provides legal services and advice to multi-faceted clients.
Anthony has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Landlord and Tenant Board, Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario, and other various Tribunals and Administrative Boards.
Outside of the office, Anthony enjoys ice hockey, snowboarding, motorsports and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
